Instructions

Warm the oil in a saucepan on medium high temperature. Sauté the carrots, garlic and onions till they are smooth. Combine the peppers, chili powder and celery. Prepare for 6 mins. Stir inside mushrooms. Prepare for 4 mins.

Combine the tomatoes, corn and kidney beans. Combine some oregano, cumin and basil. Provide this with a boil. Collection the high temperature to medium. Place the cover on. Enable it simmer for 20 mins, stirring each now and then.

Components
